Stone Temple Pilots, Halestorm and Bare Naked Ladies will be headlining the Rock The Locks Festival in Umatilla, Oregon. The festival dates run October 4th-6th.
The festival accommodates campers and 3-day passes for the shows range from $200 to $500.
